Booking

At Canvas Hair Loft we will be doing online booking only. If you cannot book online please contact your stylist directly. All bookings can be done through each individual stylist’s booking site. You can visit the Our Artists page to find the links to their booking site! If you have any trouble with booking, please send us a message through the Contact page!

Appointment Arrival

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. At Canvas Hair Loft we pride ourselves on being on time for each and every client, so please do the same for our artists! If you will be late please let us know as soon as possible. Our stylists have the right to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late in order to keep their schedules running smoothly.

Cancelations

All bookings are confirmed via email and/or text. Please allow 24-48 hours notice for all cancelations or changes to your appointment. Multiple cancelations or changes outside the 24-48 hour window or “No Shows” may result in your credit card being charged. This charge is at the discretion of Canvas Hair Loft and can be as high as the cost of the full appointment booked.

Child Policy

We understand that bringing your children to the salon during your service may be convenient, but at Canvas Hair Loft we ask that you keep your children/newborns at home. We work with chemicals, hot tools, sharp scissors which makes for a potentially dangerous space for young children. We are a very intimate salon so we don’t have the space for carriers and strollers. At Canvas Hair Loft we strive for a relaxing environment for all guests, so please understand if a child or baby is crying or creating noise it could be very disruptive to other guests. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit with us.

Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child, for other guests, and our for artists. Thank you for understanding!
